Ginger boosts the immune system and is also used as a natural medicine to treat colds and flu due to its warming and diaphoretic effect.

Ginger may also be useful in the treatment of ovarian cancer. Research at the University of Michigan Cancer Center has shown that ground ginger induces cell death in ovarian cancer cells. In another experiment, it was observed that ginger slows down the growth of rectal cancer cells, so it helps to slow down the process of rectal cancer and prevent it. The plant also effectively fights the "wild" cells of several other types of cancer, such as lung, breast, skin, prostate and pancreatic cancer.

Since ginger has an anti-inflammatory effect, you can also drink ginger tea for migraines to relieve excruciating pain and dizziness or nausea.
...and finally, 10. Ginger also has a calming effect on our mind.
GINGER KURKUMA ENERGY DRINK RECIPE
This is one of my favorite breakfast or daytime drink recipes that I tend to make very often. Since then, I've tweaked the recipe, sometimes adding mint leaves, sometimes salt, and occasionally flower pollen.
The basic recipe
All you have to do is chop the roots into small pieces after peeling them. The ratio of ginger to turmeric is up to you. I add approximately 1.5 grams of turmeric and 2 grams of ginger to one and a half liters of pure mineral water. I use 2 large spoons of honey and a lemon juice.
I put the chopped turmeric and ginger in a mug or jug, then pour hot water over them. I let it stand for a few minutes, then pour it over with cold water and then add the honey and lemon juice. Very important! Honey should not be put in hot water, because all its effects are taken out of it.
I usually let the mixture stand for a few hours, I think that's how the flavors come together, but of course you can also drink it right away.
Cheers!
