Healthy mind in a healthy body

One of our passions is the world of history. While studying Greek history, we came across the phrase "healthy mind in a healthy body". This saying made us think more deeply about its meaning. We understood that not physical exercise but food mainly translates into the length and quality of our lives; so we started looking in old books what the great people of this world ate. We started with Ancient Greece and then there was the Roman Empire, and finally Eastern and Central-Europe. We discovered that dishes from centuries ago are still present in our world. Traveling around the world, we find them and bring them back!
